HOME NEWS SUPPORT DONATE CONTACT SUPPORT DONATE CONTACT	America's Greatness And Future Are At Issue.       Jim Schneller will represent you with your principles and your well being in mind.       Jim is a lifetime resident of this district, and is an arduous supporter of citizens, faith, and businesses alike.   Jim is a non lawyer - with excellent legal knowledge.       Jim is strong on reducing taxes  -  enforcing our environmental safeguards -  tight borders - an urgent need to contain the bloated and power hungry Federal government - a return to school policies that foster national excellence - a foreign policy that ends war and hunger.      Jim's stands on the issues are second to yours.   Jim will represent the views of you, the district's electorate, as his first and vitally important duty.  Jim's principles, which he continually reviews and wants your input about, include: o Crucial Importance of Small and Medium Sized Business o Rights of the Elderly and Nursing Home Patients o Return to Transparency in Government o Full disclosure of all lobbying activity  o Equality as a basic right, including for all Unborn and all of Advanced Age o Sensible, Compassionate Health Care Reform - Including Cutting Fraud and Waste o Term Limits and Limits on Perks for Elected and Unelected Government officials o Stop The Loss of Jobs To Overseas Companies Now ! o Phase Out the Unconstitutional Agencies and Agencies Proven to be Unproductive including the Federal Reserve and the Dept. of Energy o Enact Meaningful Semiannual Audits of the Federal Reserve o Audit the Federal Government and publish understandable evaluations annually. o Review Foreign and CIA policy and End all Military action not formally declared by Congress o Supports Sheriff's Projects and State Sovereignity o Stop bailing out companies and legislating corporate takeovers  *  Only the competitive market should determine success or failure of a business o Encourage Prosecution of Corruption  o Enforce Environmental Regulations Against the Biggest Offenders and Multinational Corporations o Immediately end unfair trade law stifling American companies o Traditional Construction of the Constitution  o Guarantee Constitutional Rights for Homeschooling and School Choice o Reopen the 911 Investigation and Investigate the Prior Commission's Failures To Properly Investigate the twin tower, pentagon, and Shanksville catastrophes.   Jim is running as an independent candidate.       Jim promises to represent you with no strings, no false or illegal loyalties, and no kickbacks !   Jim pledges: "I promise to attend Congress daily, to read every bill that is promulgated for a vote, to provide, for my constituents, realistic, unbiased information about bills that arise, to never be influenced by wrongful approaches or favors, and to uphold the Constitution."  Jim pledges  " If elected I will utilize the bare minimum of benefits associated with this office.  I will encourage Congress to take a pay cut, and I will donate 20 % of my salary and any pay increases to charities in our district. "   Jim pledges " If elected I will publish my contacts with lobbyists on a monthly basis, and this contact will be limited to contact necessary to virtuously inform myself of the issues that concern my constituents and national security."    Jim is an Oath Keeper and has pledged the Articles of Freedom, the Taxpayer Protection pledge, and the Rule of Law Restoration pledge. Why "The American Congress Party"   Jim was required to choose and list a party name under Pennsylvania law, even though he wants the public to understand that there is no party involved in this race.     Jim chose this name because the U.S. Congress ought to be acting like the Continental Congress, which gave us our Constitution.   Leaders interested in liberty, and freedom from dictators and restrictive government, must be heard again in Congress, and soon, or we stand likely to see a severely altered American way of life substituted for the one enjoyed by prior generations. HOME NEWS ABOUT SUPPORT DONATE CONTACT	The 7th District     The beautiful 7th district is one of a kind. Jim grew up here and has traveled, especially as an adult, to every corner of this district, on a regular basis. Jim knows and loves these townships and their towns, suburbs, homes, and destinations. How fortunate we are to have the many creeks and hillsides, the Schuylkill and the Delaware, from fertile farmland to busy suburbs, from the many Revolutionary war sites and homesteads, to the great High Schools, Universities, all of this part of the unparalleled, striving, Southeastern PA Metropolitan region. The 2012 redrawing of our district is claimed to be a gerrymander by some, and there is, in fact, no reason for any election district to be irregularly shaped or contrived. If you believe that your ward, township (or part of a township or county), were wrongly re-districted, we want to hear from you. LOCATOR     The 2012 redrawing of district lines creates new divided townships, that is, townships that are divided between the 7^th district and the 6^th district, 16^th district, 1^st district, or other districts.  Please contact us with questions about what district you are in. Jim and his campaign are very pleased that the 7^th district now includes parts of Lancaster County and Berks County. Jim, from youth to the present, has felt a strong affinity for, and is accustomed to regularly visiting, doing business, and actively participating in church and community service, in Lancaster County and Berks County. Our local heritage and belief in liberty, values, and tradition in this district is now a blend of not two, but four, counties, each of which figured heavily in the founding and positive growth of our nation. The Jim for Congress campaign is disappointed that some parts of Delaware County are no longer in the 7^th district. Should the re-districting remain as it is, we will miss you and we wish you time and energy to fight for liberty and truth in your new venue ! This is also our wish for sections of Montgomery County like Royersford and Conshohocken, whom we thank for their support and alertness during these complex times. This campaign will soon list here, all townships, municipalities, and wards, that are located in our district.
